USofA Pageants has announced that former Miss Gay USofA Classic 2018 Tasha Long will take over the reign of the reigning Miss Gay USofA Classic 2019 Stacy Holliday.
In a statement posted on Monday, April 19, 2021 via the official USofA Pageants social media, the statement read:
“As a result of her changing work environment, she has found herself in a position where she is no longer able to continue her prolonged resign as Miss Gay USofA Classic.”
Tasha Long, Miss Gay USofA Classic 2018 has agreed to represent for the remaining preliminaries.

The USofA Pageant system announced earlier this year (January 15, 2021) that they are postponing the national pageant for another year. Miss Gay USofA and Miss Gay USofA classic will be held in May 2022. The system will be starting with a fresh pageant year, beginning June 1, 2021. Contestants that have qualified for Miss Gay USofA 2020 or Miss Gay USofA Classic 2020 will now be competing at Miss Gay USofA 2022 or Miss Gay USofA Classic 2022
